      Measured, not looked up: two ingredients pair here when cooks in the videos put them in the same recipe more often than chance, and at least three different cooks did. That says they are cooked together, not that they must taste good together; a few pairs are there for other reasons, like pasta water with spaghetti. Names a cook says several ways ("parm", "parmigiano") are read as one ingredient. Stars and the "Also in" list are The Flavor Bible by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg, from Wyatt Brege's dataset of it: the book's emphasis, not a measurement. "What cooks say" and "its cook" are the cooks' own flavor words, read from the videos and linked to where they are said.
