Mix the cucumber with non-fat Greek yogurt, a little garlic, salt, pepper, a little lemon and fresh dill; refrigerate.
- cucumber
- Roma tomato
- kalamata olives
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
For the salad, combine more cucumber cut the same way, Roma tomato, rough-chopped kalamata olives, a little garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, dill and a big grip of parsley.
- parsley
- 1 lb ground beef
- red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper
- Greek oregano
- red pepper flakes
- cumin
- ½ tbsp soy paste
To a pound of ground beef add red onion, about a tablespoon of olive oil, kosher salt and pepper, Greek oregano, red pepper flakes, a little cumin and half a tablespoon of the paste; mix by hand - overworking does not matter since it is smashed.
- oil
- pita
Heat oil on the griddle, set down a ball of beef, put a pita on top and press to smash.

Build mostly down the middle like a taco: tzatziki, salad, a few drops of fresh lemon, crumbled feta and more fresh dill; fold to eat.
