Bicycle-grill skewered mackerel with adobo

Thread the mackerel onto whittled wooden skewers.

Blend a little garlic, chopped onion, oil, butter, Valentina hot sauce and a pinch of cumin into an adobo.

Brush the adobo over the fish and grill slowly over hardwood charcoal embers.
