Techniques
  • cinnamon buns
  • 1 whole egg
Open the can of cinnamon buns and separate them; put one in the oven to bake as normal for the top.
  • butter
Butter the flat top, put another bun down and smash it, making it bigger since it will grow a bit.
Cook the smashed bun on a low-ish heat about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping once, for the bottom bun.
  • potato
Shred the peeled potato back into the cold water so it does not brown.
  • olive oil
Squeeze as much water as possible out of the potato into a clean bowl; mix in a little cornstarch and SPG.
  • cornstarch

Press into a warm pan with olive oil, taking some out if too big, and cook 7 to 8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Take the breakfast sausage out of its casings and roll it into a ball.
  • oil
Put a little oil on top of the hash brown, flip, and give it about another four minutes.
  • mayo
  • maple syrup
  • smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
Mix a sauce of mayo, maple syrup, smoked paprika and a little salt and pepper.

  • orange cheese
Put orange cheese on the sausage patty about a minute and a half before it comes off.
Build: smashed bottom bun, sauce, patty, hash brown, egg, then a smashed bun as the lid; pop the yolk.
