Buffalo cauliflower mac and cheese

Heat the frozen macaroni and cheese and the buffalo cauliflower through, in the oven or microwave.

Combine and spread out; drizzle extra buffalo sauce if wanted.

Lay slices of mozzarella on top and microwave until melty and bubbly.

To take to a tailgate, make ahead, wrap in foil and leave on the indirect side of the grill about half an hour.
