Burger taco hot dog pizza

Slice hot dogs into pepperoni rounds and sear marble-sized hunks of ground beef into smash burger pepperonis until juicy and crisp.

Season the pizza sauce with the taco seasoning mixture.

Beat the bubbles out of the store-bought pizza dough, ball it up and proof it one to two hours under greased plastic wrap until nearly doubled.

On a well-floured worktop, press, roll and stretch the dough into as large a disk as possible, right up to the point where it would start to tear.

Lay it on a floured pizza peel, spread the taco-flavoured pizza sauce edge to edge, and top with shredded mozzarella, the mini smash burgers and the sliced hot dog pepperoni.

Shimmy it onto a pizza stone preheated for at least an hour in a 450 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake eight to twelve minutes until it begins to brown at the edges.
