Brown 100 grams of the shredded chicken on a hot cast iron, then set it aside.

- leftover salsa verde
- chicken stock
Pour the salsa verde into a pan with some chicken stock and bring to a simmer until thick.

Add the tortilla chips and toss until the sauce coats them and they have just started to soften.
