- 1 stick butter
- 50 g white sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 5 g salt
Smush the tempered butter into the white sugar, brown sugar and salt with a firm spatula until homogenous.
- 165 g all-purpose flour
- 65 g water
- 3 g vanilla extract
Add the sterilized flour, the water and the vanilla extract and stir them in.
- 100 g mini chocolate chips
- 150 g cookie dough
Ball about 150 grams of the dough into marble-sized pieces on a plate or sheet tray and freeze until mix-in time.
- 75 g cookie dough chunks
Add 75 grams of frozen cookie dough chunks to a spun pint of vanilla ice cream and run the mix-in setting.
