Chocolate fudge pops with a hard chocolate shell

Whisk milk, cream, flour, sugar and cocoa powder together; cook on the stove until thickened and darkened.

Off the heat, add chocolate chips and let them sit until completely melted.

Pour into a popsicle mold and insert the sticks.

Freeze overnight to set, or at least six to eight hours.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted; pour into a cup.

Dip each popsicle in the chocolate; the shell sets almost immediately. Lay on a parchment-lined platter and sprinkle some with a touch of sea salt.
