Heat a little oil in a pan, add enough shredded chicken for one sandwich, season with salt and pepper and let it crisp.

Crisp two slices of bread on one side on the flat top with a little oil.
- Monterey Jack
- American cheese
- water
Top with Monterey Jack and American cheese and add a splash or two of water to help it melt.
Melting the cheese and building the melt

Spread the inside of the bread with mayo and chili crunch, add the cheesy chicken and a handful of dill pickles, close, cut and serve with Fritos.
