The flavored oil for the tortilla

Spread the chicken in the hot pan in one layer and broil about 20 minutes, until cooked, juicy and coloured.
  • 1 whole shallot
  • 1 whole tomato
Slice a shallot and a tomato.
Assembling the wraps
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 slices Gouda cheese
  • tzatziki
Lay a slice of Gouda on a flour tortilla, then chicken, tzatziki, tomato and onion, and fries.
Wrap up and brush the top with the flavored oil.
Crisping the wrap in cast iron
Cook seam side down in a cast iron skillet over medium-low about 5 minutes, watching it does not burn.
Flip and cook another four or five minutes, then crisp the sides.
