Toast the pastry in a pan and mix it with the pistachio paste.
- Greek yogurt
- cocoa powder
- maple syrup
- vanilla
Make a chocolate base: whisk cocoa powder, a little more maple syrup and a splash of vanilla into the yogurt base until smooth.
Spread onto the pan, not too far, and add the pistachio pastry mix generously; swirl it around.

Drizzle a little bittersweet chocolate and scatter chopped toasted pistachios.
