Fudgy brownies

Melt the butter, chocolate, sugars, light corn syrup or honey and instant coffee, stirring to combine.

Continue to heat until the mixture is hot, about 110F (43C).

Beat the eggs with the vanilla and salt; add the sour cream and cocoa powder.

Stir the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until smooth, then add the walnuts and chocolate chips.

Bake at 350F (180C).
