Funfetti cake mix cookies

Set the oven to 350.

Put the cake mix in a large bowl; add the oil and the eggs and break up the eggs.

Stir just until combined. Optional mix-ins: white chocolate chips or a little lemon zest.

Scoop into two-tablespoon balls onto a lined baking sheet, about two inches apart.

Top with sprinkles if wanted. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes, until the centers appear dry.

Straight out of the oven, corral each cookie with a round cookie cutter to pull it back into a round if it spread.
