  • ¼ cup honey
  • 8 lb spiral boneless ham
Preheat the oven to 325F; bring the ham to room temperature. Allow 10 minutes per pound.
Unwrap the ham into a baking dish, keeping all the juice, and place it face down.
Cover completely with foil and bake; for an eight-pound ham, one hour 20 minutes, taking it out 10 minutes before done.
  • sugar glaze packet
  • brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp juice from the ham
Mix the glaze packet with a little more brown sugar, some honey and a couple of tablespoons of the ham juice until runny.

Turn the ham on its side and raise the oven to 425F. Pour the glaze over, getting it in between the slices, and brush.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Brush again in between the slices, cover and rest 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut through to serve.
