  • 1 whole bell pepper
Grate a whole bell pepper into the meat, discarding the skin; cut the last of it into chunks and pass any chunks through the grater again.
  • feta cheese
Crumble in lots of feta and mix really well.
Make six patties, place on a parchment-lined baking tray and flatten them well, especially in the center, so they cook evenly and stay flat. Let them rest a little.
  • 1 whole onion
  • olive oil
  • salt
Slice an onion and cook in a little frying pan with olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of granulated sugar over medium heat about 15 minutes, until golden.
