Grilled chipotle chili lime corn

Spray the grill and the corn and grill until marked up and charred.

Make chili lime butter: butter in a little pot with chipotle chili powder and lime juice.

Once the corn is marked, and not before, baste with the chili lime butter; turn the heat to low and keep basting and turning.

Just before serving brush once more with the chili lime butter and finish with kosher salt.
