Put the garam masala on a plate and dredge the chicken in it all around.
Place the chicken in a dish and cover with about half of the dressing.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Grill on a hot grill, discarding the marinade; after 3 minutes turn the chicken for a cross mark.
Cook another 3 to 4 minutes, then rest the chicken.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half through the core.
Check doneness: the chicken feels pretty firm, and under the tenderloin it is fully cooked.
In a large bowl mix the sliced vegetables, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves; plate.
Tossing the vegetables and greens
Slice the chicken thinly and add to the salad.
Mix the dressing again and season the salad with it.
Top with the cranberries and cilantro; garnish with extra leaves.
