- 3 cup small crispy cookies
Crush the small crispy cookies in a food processor until extra fine, as close to flour as possible.
The infinity cookie: cookie flour
- 4 cup chocolate chip cookie flour
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 25 g white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 whole egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- chocolate chips
Mix the cookie flour with butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, eggs, baking soda, salt and the chocolate chips to a dough.
Chill the dough, shape into balls, chill once more.
Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes; the tops come out crackly and shiny and much darker than a plain chocolate chip cookie.
