- 2 cloves garlic

Dice about 8 oz of bacon and cook in a skillet; set the bacon aside and keep about a tablespoon of the grease.
- 8 oz bacon
- 1 tbsp bacon grease
- 8 oz whole milk
Cook the garlic in the grease about a minute, then add 8 oz of whole milk.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb frozen corn
Once the milk simmers, add 8 oz cream cheese and 1 lb frozen corn.
Mash together, season with salt and pepper and heat until the cream cheese melts.
Adding the cheese and broiling
- American cheese
- cheddar
Return the bacon, stir in the American cheese until melty (it 'won't separate'), then the cheddar, then more of both.
Pour out, top with more cheese and broil in the oven about 5 minutes, until the top is melted and lightly browned.
