Techniques
  • 175 g mango
  • ½ cup water
  • 3–4 tbsp sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp lime juice
Make mango juice: blend 175 g mango with 1/2 cup water, 3 to 4 tbsp sugar and 2 to 3 tbsp lime juice.
Taste: not too thick, sweet enough to drink on its own and on the sweet side, since it gets diluted.
Tasting the juice
Chill the glass in the freezer or fridge, or fill it with ice while preparing the drink.
  • ice
Add kaffir lime infused vodka; the leaves can be removed once the flavor is where you like it.
  • Thai chili vodka
Add Thai chili vodka to taste for heat, or none.
  • 1 parts kaffir lime infused vodka
  • 1 parts mango juice
Add the mango juice, starting at one to one juice to liquor; taste and adjust, about 5 oz for a 5 oz glass.
Chili vodka and the 1:1 ratio
Add ice and shake; strain using a slotted spoon so excess water does not go in.
  • ½ oz coconut milk
  • chili
Variation (hot Thai cocoa): make the same drink with about half an ounce of coconut milk, shake, and float a little chili on top as a garnish.
