Mini cornbread hot dog bites

Make boxed cornbread batter, grease a mini muffin tin and fill each cavity about halfway; nestle a hot dog segment into the centre.

Bake at 350F a few minutes less than the package says, since they are small, until golden brown.

Cool about five minutes until they pop out of the pan; garnish with ketchup and mustard.
