Pepperoni pizza from Trader Joe's ingredients

Divide the dough in half and form each into a round ball.

Cover with a little plastic so no skin forms and rest at least 20 minutes so the dough softens and the yeast becomes active again.

Heat a pizza oven, or a home oven at 500 or 550 with a pizza stone.

Shape the dough. Spread pizza sauce thinly, add a little pepperoni, a little low-moisture mozzarella, then more pepperoni on top. Bake.

Finish with Italian seasoning, a little chili flake and parmesan.
