  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 20 oz pineapple
  • 1 cup marshmallow
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Whisk the pistachio pudding mix with the crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup pineapple juice until dissolved completely.

Let stand a couple of minutes to activate and thicken.

Add the pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, pecans and coconut flakes and mix completely.
