Pizza quesadilla

Warm the corn tortillas in the pan about a minute per side so all four sides get a little toasty.

Warm the chopped pizza in the pan a minute or two until the cheese starts to melt; season with a little cumin, garlic powder and oregano.

Build the quesadilla in the pan: one tortilla, cheese, the pizza mixture, more cheese and the second tortilla; press.

Brown the first side, then lift out, add a little cheese, flip it back on and finish the second side; cut to serve.
