Rainbow grilled cheese

Colour three different kinds of cheese with food coloring, mix them and spoon them into rainbow rows on plain white sandwich bread.

Melt lots of butter in a non-stick pan, butter one side of the bread, place the sandwich non-buttered side down in the skillet, toast and flip.

Slice in half on the diagonal so the colours show, then wiggle the halves together and pull apart for the cheese stretch.
