Rolled cinnamon-sugar bread 'churro'

Roll a slice of white bread out very thin so it rolls without tearing.

Spread a very thin layer of butter so the cinnamon sugar adheres without the butter melting out; cover with cinnamon sugar.

Roll it up firmly but gently and press on the seam so it sits seam-down.

Shallow fry in a hot pan, seam down first so it seals, pressing and rotating to brown all sides.

Cool slightly and slice into roll-ups to serve.
