Techniques
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 ml sherry vinegar
  • 5 g Dijon mustard
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
Add the olive oil to a large bowl with the sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard, grated garlic, cumin and parsley.
Season with a kiss of sea salt and black pepper and whisk until well mixed.
  • 5 g chopped parsley
  • sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 jar kidney beans
  • 1 jar white beans
Drain the kidney beans and white beans into a colander and rinse under water.
Shake off the excess water, add the beans to the dressing and mix gently so they do not break apart.

  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 1 whole green bell pepper
  • 1 whole roma tomato
  • black pitted olives
Add the chopped ingredients to the beans, season with sea salt and a generous portion of black pepper and mix gently.
