Spritz cookies

Press spritz dough onto the pan with a cookie press, one press per cookie; the very first cookie needs two presses.

Variation: without a cookie press, pipe little shapes with a piping tip.

Decorate with sprinkles before baking; pour the excess sprinkles off the pan to reuse them. The cookies bake up fine and come right off.
