Puree the strawberries, taste, and add a touch of sugar.
Puree, tequila, Aperol and lime

  • ice
  • 1½ oz tequila
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
In a shaker with ice, add the strawberry puree, tequila, Aperol and lime juice.

Rub lime around the outside rim of a coupe and dip it in salt.
