Strawberry milkshake

Stem the strawberries and cut them into small pieces so they blend smoothly later.

Put them in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons sugar (white or brown) and mix.

Divide into 2 portions, each for about 2 servings, and freeze in bags.

Take out a frozen portion; after a minute it splits apart easily.

Blend the frozen strawberries with milk and 2 tablespoons honey or sugar until slushy.
