Triple layer brownie with a leftover cookie base

Line and grease a nine by 13 pan and press the soft and chewy cookies down over the base, overlapping so there are no gaps.

Brush a little milk over the cookie layer.

Lay a single layer of double stuffed Oreos on top.

Make up the brownie mix with butter instead of oil, plus salt and espresso powder.

Spread the brownie batter over the top and bake.

Chill until cold, maybe two hours, then cut into clean sharp layers.

Finish with a good amount of salt on top.
