Twinkie Reborn: Twinkie liquid sable ice cream sandwich

Split the Twinkies, remove the cream filling, and dehydrate the cake.

Swirl the Twinkie cream into ice cream and freeze.

Blitz the dried cake in a food processor towards a spreadable cookie butter (liquid sable); it is too dry, so add a little ice cream until it comes together like a dough.

Roll out to just under a quarter inch and freeze solid.

Layer the ice cream on the sheet; as it is still flexible, roll it up like a Twinkie, firm it in the freezer, then slice.
