Beef noodle soup from instant beef flavor paste

Stir one spoonful of paste into three cups of water and bring up; taste and add more paste until strong enough, about three tablespoons in all.

Cook the pork balls in the broth.

Turn off the heat and drop in thinly sliced beef to cook in the residual heat.

Serve over rice noodles with bean sprouts.
