Braised beef tostadas

Grate Monterey Jack onto the tostadas and put them in the oven until the cheese melts.

Roughly chop the braised beef and season with smoked paprika, cumin seeds and a pinch of salt.

Dice a bit of onion, chop it together with cilantro and spritz with lime juice.

Add the beef to the cheesy tostadas and top with low-fat sour cream, salsa verde and the cilantro-onion mix.
