Cheesy meat bowl, game-accurate version

Heat the cheese in a pan until it slightly melts, then toast the rice in the cheese.

Sear the beef on all sides in the fat that melts out of the cheese; season with a small pinch of rock salt.

Remove the cheese-rice before it burns and finish searing the beef.
