  • country style pork ribs boneless
Cut the boneless country ribs in half and then into smaller rib-like pieces, leaving the fat.
  • oil
  • BFF (salt, pepper, garlic combo)
Oil and season both sides with the salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.
Grill on a hot, oiled grill about 15 minutes, turning every couple of minutes, including onto their sides.
  • ⅓ cup store bought barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1½ tbsp chili crunch
Mix about a third of a cup of barbecue sauce with two tablespoons of honey and about a tablespoon and a half of chili crunch; taste and add more.
A three-ingredient rib sauce
At 130 to 135 internal, brush on the sauce and turn; sauce too early and the sugars burn.
