Reuben sandwich

Lay Swiss cheese on the bread, then a thick layer of corned beef in two layers.

Add a large pile of refrigerated store bought sauerkraut.

Add two strong dollops of Russian dressing, put the lid on and take it to the stove.

Toast about three minutes, only enough to melt the Swiss and put a little texture on the outside; over-toasting makes it hard on the mouth.
