Ten-minute chili cheese dog with Steak-umm beef chili and a cheese frico wrap

Cut little slits into the hot dogs and put them on the griddle to cook first.

Cut the onion and cook it with a little oil.

Cut up a couple of pickled jalapenos and add them.

Separate the thin steaks and cook them; they cook in no time and break apart into the chili.

Add garlic, then tomato sauce in place of canned tomatoes.

Toast the bun in oil.

Season the chili: chili powder most of all, a little garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper and the BFF seasoning.

Add the rest of the tomato sauce and turn the heat down.

Cook cheese on the griddle into a frico and wrap it around a hot dog.

Build: chili on the bottom of the bun, the cheese-wrapped dog on top, bacon crammed down the side.
