Strawberry cake mix cookies

Put the strawberry cake mix in a large bowl, make a well, add the eggs and oil and mix.

Roughly chop the freeze-dried strawberries; fold most of them in with a handful of white chocolate chips, reserving a little for the top.

Scoop two-tablespoon balls about two inches apart onto a lined, rimmed baking sheet; top with a few more white chocolate chips and some with a sprinkle of strawberry powder.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.

The freeze-dried strawberries sprinkled on top burn and turn brown; mixed in, they work.
