Techniques
  • 200 g sirloin beef steak
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 whole carrots
  • 6–7 stalks asparagus
  • 6–7 stalks green onion
  • ½ cup flour
Cut the sirloin steak into strips and press with the back of the knife to tenderise.
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Marinate with a minced garlic clove, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of honey, a little ground black pepper and a teaspoon of sesame oil; mix and refrigerate.
Trim the vegetables to the same length, discarding the tough core.
Salt the boiling water and blanch the carrots, asparagus and the white part of the green onions, covered, for one minute; leave the green part raw.
Drain and quickly rinse in cold water.
Thread green onion, carrot, white green onion, asparagus and beef onto skewers, leaving the beef longer since it shrinks.
