Strawberry and kiwi fruit ice pops

Peel the kiwis and puree them to a solid fruit puree.

Pour the puree into a glass measuring cup; sweeten with superfine sugar to taste, seasoning a little high since freezing dulls flavour.

Squeeze in a lime half, stir and taste; adjust.

Fill the ice pop mold about to the top, put the top on and drop a stick into each.

Freeze until firm, about three hours.
