Detroit-style cheese edges in a hot pan
- mozzarella
- baby pepperonis
Spread the vodka sauce over, add more mozzarella, baby pepperonis and a little more cheese.
Cool about 2 minutes in the pan so it holds its structure, then lift out and cut.
Cooling and unmoulding
Variation: make extra vodka sauce and freeze in small deli containers to defrost onto a cheap pizza.
